Excellent location by metro exit, clean & comfortable streets, convenience store nearby. Interesting park close but didn't have time to visit. Good value, large & comfortable room with proper bathroom. Allowed early check-in. Great breakfast with wide variety of Chinese cuisine. Clear hotel, AC everywhere. Underground close, or only 50 RMB taxi from airport. Main city street with attractions nearby. Very convenient stay.

Early morning noise over weekend. Things inside and outside do need to be repaired occasionally, but starting works before 8am on both weekend days is hardly acceptable.

Hotel is located near a metro station. We recommend, to anyone staying in Shenzhen. The Ocean Restaurant, which can be found only 400 ft away, was a fast option...

No information about hotel facilities in the room, Towels were old with holes in them. No clean sheets even after 4 days. No WiFi in the room, altough cable connection available.

We were pleasantly surprised by the clean and comfortable room at Seaview Gleetour Hotel. The location was fantastic, with the metro station just across the street, making it easy to explore the city. The area around the hotel had plenty of restaurants and even a Walmart nearby. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated in probably the most green area we have stayed in so far. It was just a 30-minute ride from the airport and conveniently located right in front of a metro station. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore the OCT area of the city. The hotel offered excellent service, from the helpful room service to the friendly and attentive staff. We were also impressed by the range of amenities provided in the room, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. Not to mention the free toiletries and electric kettle that were provided. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a flat-screen TV and cable/satellite television. The hotel also had a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area, where we enjoyed delicious meals and drinks.

While the staff were generally helpful, there were a few instances where they did not fully understand our requests in English. However, this did not dampen our overall positive experience at this hotel.

The hotel's convenient location near the metro, abundance of nearby restaurants, and proximity to a shopping mall with various dining options make it extremely convenient. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The friendly and English-speaking staff at the front desk provided excellent service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better as it is right at a train station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is also close to the Underground, so getting around was a breeze. Additionally, I loved that it was near a beautiful tourist attraction like The Splendid China. The breakfast selection was also impressive with a wide choice of options. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Spent Christmas at a great value hotel with plenty of amenities and a great location. The rooms were clean and modern, with free Wi-Fi and friendly staff. The dinner buffet was a highlight, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options. The hotel is conveniently located close to a subway station and several shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities, which were a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The breakfast selection was limited and the service was slow at times. some of the staff members did not speak English very well, which made it difficult to communicate.
